For North America we ship from our Los Angeles warehouse. Standard free shipping provides for items to be shipped within 1-2 business days and they typically deliver on the West Coast 2-3 business days later and around 4-8 business days later on the East Coast.

For Australia we ship from our Brsibane warehouse. Standard free shipping provides for items to be shipped within 1-2 business days and they typically deliver on the East Coast 2-4 business days later and around 4-9 business days later on the West Coast.

We offer expedited shipping options which may be selected during checkout, all normal ship times apply to orders received before 11am, orders received after 11am may incur 1 extra day before they ship. Items may be shipped direct from overseas warehouses, for out of stock items we will specify the expected ship date on the items information page visible while shopping, sold out items will appear as "Sold Out" and cannot be ordered.

Please note; any subsequent requests to change the shipping address or returns due to a wrong or incomplete shipping address incur an extra fee to cover the cost of shipping the returned item and reshipping to the correct or alternative address. In most cases by providing your mobile phone and email contact details the courier company will pre-warn you of your delivery and you may be able to redirect your items.

For countries outside the USA, Australia, Canada and Mexico we ship within 2-3 business days and delivery is subject to the country you're shipping to, typically within in Europe it's around 14 days, other countries and locations can take up to 3 weeks. For shipments outside of the USA and Australia the buyer is responsible for any duties, fees and taxes which may be payable to authorities of the destination country, in these cases the buyer or receiver is normally contacted directly by the courier company.

With every order you will be issued your own unique CoolCabana order number and tracking details will be provided at time of shipping so you can track your items delivery. In every case we require signature upon delivery unless you request items are left without signature, you can do this by providing this information in the Additional Information box which appears during checkout.

changes to delivery

Once orders ship you will receive a tracking number and shipping notice and any changes can then be made by you directly with the courier. In most cases we ship with UPS, FedEx, DHL, CouriersPlease or Fastway. All of these providers will message you by text or email (so long as you provided these details in your order) to update you on your delivery and in most cases will allow you to make changes to correct the delivery address, provide authority to leave or approve the order to be left at a designated pick-up location close to your delivery address.
